I broke down and put our tree up already....

The boy's have been asking about putting up the Christmas tree. We usually put it up after Thanksgiving....that is tradition. Well, this year with money being tight and not being able to fulfill their wish list, I broke down and put the tree up. I figured I could at least give them that.

Of course it a prelit tree that is so easy to put together. I let them decorate it too.

My tree will be up over the weekend. I did notice a couple of houses on my street have their Christmas lights up. A lot of early birds this year.

We usually start decorating the day after Thanksgiving here. This year I don't dare put anything up until we are back from our trip. The cats would have everything toppled over and spread all over the house!
