Need Unisex $10 Gift Swap Ideas
Okay, so, in dh's family, the adults do a $10 chinese auction type of gift swap. It's lots of fun. The entire family is so creative. I'd like to think of two separate "packages" that would be fun and yet frugal. The more frugal it is, the more stuff I can include in each package. I need ideas for two different ones because each adult brings one, so I need one and Rob needs one.
An example is last year I traded for some free blockbuster gift cards and got $1 mugs at Walmart and some very cheap cocoa and two pairs of his and her socks and put it in a box and called it "Movie Night."
Any thoughts?My Blog: http://amysreallife.wordpress.com

I did one once where someone gave a spin brush tooth brush. That was kind of fun. I like those but hate to spend the $$$ on them. We also did one one year where we got a cheap gumball machine and filled it with candy.
At the same exchange there was someone who did flashlights with batteries for them.

How about a chocoholic basket filled with all kinds of chocolate candy! My hubby would go nuts over something like this!
I'd also do a homemade cookie basket.

How bought a romantic gift....
Maybe a candle, some chocolate, and some lotion or massage oil.

I did a "New Year's Eve" basket once--- plastic champagne glasses, nonalcoholic sparkling grape juice, confetti, noise makers and disposable cameras.
How about board games? Scattergories, Apples to Apples, Mad Gab are a few of our favorites.
