    Default Pre-party panic

I go through this a few days before I do any major entertaining-and I do a lot, between work and home, but I am in major panic mode right now. I keep feeling like I have totally forgotten a major thing and it is making me crazy! Maybe you girls can help figure out what I am leaving out. My housewarming party is this saturday. I expect approx 60 adults and 15 kids.

Food is all ordered, coming from family or frozen. Things that need to be fresh will be bought fri.
Drink list is made and will be picked up Thurs, soft drinks are already in a barrel, ready for ice. Ice is made
Centerpieces are done, will give out tiny little potted plants as table gifts, they will be completed on Thurs.
Tent and tables and chairs will be delivered Thurs pm
Musician is scheduled and has been briefed as to what to play.
Purchased goodies for kids table and all paper products
Serving trays are ready to go.
    WHAT AM I MISSING??? HELP!

Do you have games for the kids? Like maybe a volleyball net. (not sure of ages)
How about fresh flowers for your house. (a few vases) (sorry wasn't sure if you regularly have them already or not)
Maybe toss around a few disposable cameras for guests.
I like to have a few candy dishes out with things people don't always buy for themselves like chocolate covered macadamia nuts as an example. I just kinda tuck them on tables.
I like to set out table games for my guests that are introverted. *LOL* Things like battery operated casino or the mind games.
How about containers/gladware to send guests home with some food. How about a rain plan just in case. It was muddy at my housewarming. I had to have the carpets cleaned afterwards. *LOL*
Do you have parking situated for guests?
Seems like you have things pretty well covered to me. I don't see anything major missing.
I'll post more if I can think of anything.

    Congratulations on your housewarming!
A table for presents and a guestbook perhaps?
    Trash cans?
Hand some guests disposable cameras to take pictures the party.
I would suggest you put your jewelries in a safe place. I hate to even mention this but its better to be safe.

    Have fun!

The party was fantastic! I could not have wished for better weather, 81 and sunny, there were about 65 adults and 10 kids, started at 2p, last guests left around 9p. I had rented a 20 x 30 tent and 6 lg round tables and chairs, plus I borrowed a 10x20 tent to put the musician under. My centerpieces were potted herbs then I put a little purple petunia in a tiny terra cotta pot and made a ring of them around the pot of herbs. All my paper products were in this pretty grape pattern and I found a coordinating fabric and made liners for bread baskets etc. I used beige tableclothes and turned terra cotta pots upside down, put the saucer on then a big vanilla pillar candle on it. The menu was:
2 party bagels, 90 meatballs in sauce, sausage in sauce, sausage and peppers, eggplant parm, kielbasi and saurkraut, cavatelli and broccoli, hot dogs, burgers and ribs on the grill, ziti and a cuban rice, beans and beef dish, chicken wings, salads. Then there was dessert. I was exhausted! This big push to get the house ready was hard, but everyone had a great time. Now we do it all again at my moms in Sept. for our annual family party.
Thanks for all the support ladies.
