    Default Leprechaun's shake

    Leprechaun's Shake

    1 cup skim milk
    2 scoops vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt or ice cream
    1 teaspoon peppermint extract
    2-3 drops green food coloring

    Pour all ingredients into a blender and whirl until smooth and green.

    So torn...homemade fun or shamrock shakes tonight? I think I'll head to the store and mix it myself. I think the kids would love it.
