Oh thanks ya'll.
I had a fairly good weekend. Except for a trip to the ER with Sarah to get stiches again
We went boating Sat. on the east coast to hunt some lobsteers down(dinner for my bday
). Dh and Frank(friend) dive and get a few bugs. They came across some huge ones but they where females with lots of eggs(can't mess with those).
I started feeling wore out(heat, tired) so, we load the boat I rest in the van with the ac and fan
the kids play in the water while dh cleans up the boat.
He showers, then I shower(we have it set up on the back of our boat). Dh starts to wash dd's hair. His hands helped protect her little head from being worse. SHe knows not to jerk her head around becuase of the prop being close to where it is. SHe suddenly jerks her head and manages to hit the prop just past her temple. So we decide time to go, she needs stitches(not too bad). We head back inland. A big nasty storm starts and our van begins to hydro plane(our boat is very heavy and was weighted with gear and such). So dh pulls over by this little forest area. Well all of a sudden it sounded like an explosion, llighting hit right outside my window. I freaked(loud noises and too much input still bother me). So time to go. We take her to a hospital in another town we go by. They took her right back, no one else was in the ER(small town). DH takkes her and the boys and I sit out in the wating of ER. Poor little Sarah she screamed wanting mommy. 3 stitches and 30 minutes after getting there she is a happy camper with the posicle they gave her. She has had more stitches then the 3 boys combined. She thinks she is so tough, with all the boys though I guess you would have to be.
Anyway, dh fixed me a very nice dinner last night with said lobster, nothing better than actually fresh fish and lobster. It was so yummy.
My cake said happy bday 30, crossed out and 29 on the bottom. Hey I have missed almost a year of my life gotta make it up somehow
Don't worry though everyone can stay a year younger
I got some really nice gifts from my family too(they must still have alot of guilt left over from the big spat we had a few weeks back).
All in all it was a good weekend for me.
