What do your kids leave out for Santa?
We always leave a saucer of water for the reindeers and a couple of carrots.
Santa always gets some mince pies and 2 bottles of budweiser - one to drink in the house and one for him to drink in his sleigh

The kids and I used to bake and decorate gingerbread men and leave a plate full for Santa with a glass of milk or eggnog.
