My kids are unpredictable on whether they will wake up in the middle of the night or not. They are that excited. My guess is that I won't be able to safely haul gifts under the tree until midnight.

I'm always afraid the kids will walk in on us lol I try and keep an eye out and make sure no one gets up while Steve plays Santa.
The worst year was when Katie and Jackson got those power wheel jeeps....Steve had to put them together outside and bring them in...hitting every door and wall he could lol

LOL, DH put together a wooden kitchen set last night. I was hysterical watching him. He was trying too hard to be quiet. The worst year was when Katie and Jackson got those power wheel jeeps....Steve had to put them together outside and bring them in...hitting every door and wall he could lol
This was DDs first year understanding Santa, and boy was it great to see her face in the morning. Tonight when I put her to bed she asked if Santa was coming again. This was one of the best days I've ever had.

We went to the city for Christmas. So, we had no tree and I told Alex we would do gifts when we got home on the 26th. I didn't want to haul all the stuff there and home again, knowing we would get a ton of stuff from Mike's family. I did however manage to sneak our stockings in the car w/o Alex seeing them. When we awoke there were our stockings at the foot of our beds, in our hotel room. Alex woke and yelled," Santa Came!!" I'm not sure if she really still believes or does it for our benifit, but I'll take it as long as it comes.
