My Hubby is one of those guys that thinks mothers/fathers day are one of those greeting card promo things & chooses not to want a fuss. Kids still give him a little something & I make a fav dinner. No big fuss just let him know we love him.

My husband will have left for Iraq before Father;s day. He doesn't want to celebrate it beforehand, so I will probably mail him something.

We don't really celebrate Mom's Day or Dad's day. I will get my dad a gift and the kids will get their dad a gift. We won't do anything out if the ordinary though. Just a normal Sunday - sleep in, watch some tv and go to baseball and batting practice.

Ours is easy. Last year Dad got a mug for his first father's day. The older kids do dishes and of course it is chipped by now. This year I am sure he'll be suprised to get a .....MUG.

I asked DH what he would like for Fathers Day and he said nothing. That's easy.
I am sure we will be camping that weekend so we will grill out some steaks and he can spend his day fishing, or whatever he wants to do.

We dont do anything out of the ordinary, we just grill out some hotdogs and hamburgers and his DD's come over to visit but this year we have the step-daughters graduation on Father's Day so we will attend that and come home to grill or whatever.

I made a printed coupon book that I made in Microsoft Word. I cut out the coupons and made a little book, then addressed it from the baby. I included things I found online such as "one undisturbed nap" and "one free hug" but I also added "one free video game" and "$25 to the store of your choice" amongst other stuff.

We do not have any plans. We were going to put something on the grill, but now the weather forcast calls for thunderstorms so we will probably be indoors.
