I saw this idea in the Sept. 1 issue of Family Circle and thought it might make a neat homemade Christmas gift. The person who submitted the idea to the magazine basically said she had trouble falling asleep when she was a child and her sister made her a "dream box" by writing down something she knew her sister enjoyed and putting all the slips of paper in a shoe box. Each night her sister would pick a piece of paper from the box and think about what was written on the slip to help her fall asleep (things like going to the beach, playing with the family dog, etc.). I thought some of you might be interested in doing your own version of this for gifts.
