Default Making progress on our house!

This weekend was pretty big for us. It's not over yet, but here's the jist of what we did:

1 - Put the first coat of paint on the kids' playroom. It's called 'Summer Heather' but DH will tell you it's the purplest shade of pink you can get. The second coat goes on tomorrow!

2 - The trim is up around the only window in the kids' playroom and around the closet room in the same room. We need to get more trim for the exit door that leads into the other half of the basement, so the trim is 2/3 done. We still need to paint it.

3 - The trim in the master bedroom is up and just needs to be painted now.

4 - We have a new kitchen faucet with a sprayer. It was 69 dollars, the cheapest one with a sprayer that we could get. It's beautiful.

I'll post pictures later but for now, we're all pretty tired out.

We have to do this, too in the next couple of weeks. Was it a difficult job? DH and I are so unhandy we should host our own HGTV show called "For Those Who Are Truly Clueless..." BTW, I'm so impressed by all you've accomplished this weekend.

I'm anxious to see your pics! It sounds lovely! I know you will enjoy the new faucet for years to come. A good faucet and sprayer is well worth the money. Enjoy and Congrats!
