Default Make The Most Of What You Have

Spring has sprung and the redecorating bug has bit me hard. Of course with the major push in this house to reduce debt redoing a room from the floor to ceiling would be counter productive, what's a girl to do? So glad I came across this link about making the most of what you already have. There's some really interesting ideas, including one on grouping books of the same color. Who knew that something that simple could make such an impact! There's a updated bathroom with splashes of pink everywhere that's as sweet as pie, and a great tip on hanging curtains to make a room appear larger. Fun link!

Ha! I just realized that sweet as pie bathroom vanity is our server! It's sitting right here in my dining room. I swear it's the exact same piece of furniture!

I like the idea of repurposing an old item. I'm trying to figure out out how to get a computer desk from something old but still usefull. Been checking the thrift stores but nothing has looked good so far.

Ssindi, Here's a recent thread on repurposing things. I personally love craftster, so many great ideas on that site. Maybe you'll get inspired by something there.

AHHHH! I could have gotten lost on Craftsters. Most save that site for this summer when I'm not working.
