I would buy or make (cheaper if you make it) a floral wreath and hang it using a suction hook. Or a large swag would look good too. It doesn't have to be fancy, you could even do a wreath with just greenery.

I can't put up a towel rack because of the tile, so there is just a big blank wall to stare at when you are on the toilet.

The floor and wall tile are different but both are a mix of grey and pink, I'm including a close up shot of the design on the wall tile.

I stuck the bright blue/yellow pitcher on the counter as it was the only thing I had that all the toothbrushes fit in. It totally doesn't match, but it feels like the only life in the room so I'm leaving it for now.

Any ideas? - I'd like to play down the pink without clashing with it. It's actually starker in person than it is in the pictures, as the camera made it come out a bit darker.
You can put mollies where the grout is and hang anything. My dh did it in my shower to hang one of those shampoo/conditioner holders. My dh said to use a masonary drill bit to drill the hole and to use plastic mollies.

Did you settle on anything? Have you since redecorated? Curious to see what you came up with.

Nothing yet. I've been keeping my eyes open for a shower curtain but so far nothing has jumped out at me. With so little space and personality in there, I think the shower curtain is going to have to be something that really appeals to me.
