Toilet Tank Covers
Can you still buy those fuzzy covers that people used to put over their toilet tanks?
Yes, I know it's not 1965 and these are no longer considered "in", but our water is extremely cold, which creates a serious condensation problem on the tank. Tank covers may not be in style, but they work.
Has anyone seen these around? Or even better, know how to make one?

all they really are is some rug with elastic that goes around the back you could probably make a few with towels and elastic or velcro closures if you want it to go full around the back to protect the wall behind the toilet . if there are any males in the house have a few to swap out because if they wet them they will get smelly quick ( sorry guys out there lol but its true )

Me too........all our stores have them. Check the backing on them though......sometimes it is rotten!
Think I would be tempted to make one out of terry cloth towel.
Especially if you have males in the household.........I say this as when I used them-----the fuzzy rug kind------the males would lift the lid (thank god!) BUT.......it the middle of 'the business' it would fall back down!!!
Heard more than one howl about it.......
I quit using them.........but they did help with condensation problem!
Maybe if you just used than tank cover..........and NOT the lid cover you wouldn't have the problem I did.

Can't find toilet tank covers, either
I tried to find toilet tank covers this past winter because my toilet is placed on an outside wall against ceramic tile and gets very cold. I didn't have any luck at all. I looked in the Penny's catalog as well as the Blair Home catalog online, with no luck. But I never thought about making my own. That is a great idea !!
