Cool Does anyone live by their lists?

I find the older I get the more I make! I even get very detailed anymore.....although I'm not down to scheduling my bathroom breaks yet.... but I won't be surprised the day that happens! Anyone else make lists for everything?

I definitely do. I even have to write down "make bed" on my own-just to make sure it gets done.

I have a list of all the lists I have! Okay, I'm exaggerating, but I love my lists. I feel a great deal of pride and success when I cross something off of my list, and when I have everything crossed out...watch out!

    I sure do
I write it on my dry erase board...even the food I eat i have to make a list for otherwise I'd go nuts and eat everything in sight

It helps for my chores too, once i get something done i x next to it, then i think about what else I need to do, write it down and so on

I'd also be lost without a grocery list! It makes my trips VERY quick ALthough the time I spend making it counter acts that lol..but at least i spent that time at home

I have lists all over the house for everything.

Everybody teases me about my lists - my ex husband only said the other day do you write down what clothes you have to put on today? LOL.

I find lists everywhere as well, that I made years ago, it worries me a bit, some are a bit silly looking back on them and I often think oh if I die people are going to find these and be reading them LOL - still I don't surpose I'll care then LOL.

    yep addicted list maker here!

me too!!! I'm a list maker! I have to have my ongoing grocery list posted on the fridge, or we will forget to get something at the store (and it's a long drive from our house). I have list of books to read, chores to do, goals to meet, CD's to buy, yard sale items to look for, appointments, chores, videos and dvd's that people borrow from us, phone mumbers (I can't remember numbers well), etc.
I'd fall apart without my lists! LOL!

If I don't write it down I forget it. Groceries, things to do, etc.

I do now, since my daughter was taking my computer & kind of let things go because I have been real sick & not feeling like cleaning like I usually do so I started making a list of all the things I need to get done around here and each day get a few of them accomplished and mark them off as I finish the job. I have gotten a few things done and it feels great now my house is getting back together the way it should be.

Yup, me too!! Can't live without them, I literally will forget!! And I just love stroking off the "done" chores etc....I make my lists specific so I can do more crossing off! Makes me feel better. If I wrote clean kitchen, that would take all day and I would only have one thing to cross off so I will write....wipe down stove, clean fridge shelves, clean sink, things like that.

Ok, I was sitting here thinking of what to pack for our trip. and what needs to get done before hand etc, etc. And i went to my stationary cubby and got out a new notebook to start new lists in. So far I have: Flight itinerary, what to pack a seperate list for each person and a list for carry ons, a list of things to do, a calendar to keep on track with for things i need ot get done ahead of time, a list to go over with the house/ pet sitter. A list of people's numbers and addresses, so i have it on hand before i go just in case, and a few pages ready for listing spending we do, a list of things we'd like to do while we are gone, things i need to get like pet foods before we go, and so on.... a bit obsessive but I am all happy, i have another list book going, lol. Had one while pregnant with each of my kiddo's too. And tons of notebooks still beyond that with lists going too~~
