Need Ideas....

this weekend at a yardsale I got 2 huge beads. They are ceramic with flowers painted on them. Right now I am trying to get the masking tape off. The tape must be years old its brittle and breaks every other second!

Ok I am going to try to attach 2 pics, one of the beads and one of my dining room dish pattern.
My first question is, are the close enough to match?
Second, I want ideas on turning the beads in to candle holders.
I am thinking if I get some wood molding, and maybe a couple more wood beads or finials I could make a couple stands for a pillar candle. Would it work?

I'm not very good with the artsy crafty kind of thing but just wanted to say that those beads are so pretty. I think they do go nicely with your dishes.

I think they match nicely........ I like the candle holder idea...... Just soak them and the tape should come off.....
