What's your favorite room??

Of all of the rooms in your house which one do you like most to be in? How is it decorated? What do you like the most about it? Why did you decorate it the way you did? And what do you do in this room? (if its the Bathroom you an go ahead and leave out the obvious!! cuz this ISN'T the Haven for crying out loud!!))

My sunroom. It is not really decorated we are still in the process of doing things here. It has the stove in it and it is all windows. I can see the beauty or nature in that room.

Mine would be my newly redecorated bedroom. (see the gallery )

Mine would be the Family Room. It is decorated in Americana plus it has all of mine and the kids little collections - souveniers from places we have been, rocks we have collected and tumbled, My Oaxacan animal collection. This is the room with the fireplace and the one the kids and I watch Movies and play Playstation in - It is also where the cats like to hang out. I love the smell of the big leather couch and the baskets full of chenille throws to curl up in.  I also collect american flags made by Indians and Mexican art like Trees of Life and they are hanging on the walls in this room. My favorite flag is a giant Navajo one.

The picture is too dark (cuz of the bright window) but you get the general feel.

Mine would be my bedroom, it is done in Victorian ( not finished yet). I love this room because I can go in there and no one bothers me (most of the time)

Mine is my wicker room It is the room where I spend my time sewing, reading, and of course,PC time as well It is the room where I spend the most time with the cats too. They love it because their beds are in the box windows and the sun shines down on them It is decorated with white wicker, a hand painted antique desk and chair(for the computer) , A huge over stuffed white chaise lounge and two tiffany lamps and plenty of green plants. I have light oak and pine bookcases to hold my collection of books. I have a few collections of candles placed around as well. I like to curl up in my chaise at night and light those and just relax.

Right now, mine would be our bedroom. It's the only room in this house that's finished! We have a tv there, and the room is clean and organized. So, that's my haven these days!

Definately my bedroom, done very feminine with off white and light pink roses.
