    Default I did dishes!!!!!!!!!!!! pictures...

    I did dishes!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi,

The sink is in. The water is connected. I have a huge, DEEP sink. I forgot to use the sprayer, I’ve never had one before, it will take me a while to get used to it. Hopefully the dishwasher will fit under the counter to the right of the sink, I’ve never had one of those either. Guess I’ll have to buy more dishes, so I can fill it up…ha
As you can see, the walls aren’t done, or the floor, still deciding on the wall treatment. The counter top will probably be granite tiles. FREE from the local tile guy. I took him two bottles of wine for giving me the last tiles and he let me pick through his discontinued granite tile samples.( The price per square foot was between $12.90 and $15.90 each.) The second picture shows the color combinations, Now That Can I Get To Go With That?

I know first hand what it is like to be without your kitchen and the great joy that comes from being able to use your sink again!

I stopped by the thrift shop and bought some dishes and glasses for .25 a piece. I managed to dirty enough to wash a load in the dishwasher. I'm still washing by hand, old habits are sooooo hard to break. Maybe I'll use the dish washer, once a week???
DH used the garbage disposal, last night, he was tickled, he had made vegi. soup and got to put the peelings in...
