Smile What does your favorite flower vase look like?

My favorite is an old fashioned pint size canning jar with bales.(it's shrter & fatter than the one pictured here) I just love the simple elegance of it.

    Lets hear about your fav's.

I use plain old jars! The older the better!

For wildflowers, I use a jar just like th one you described, Darlene.

For other flowers, I use a cut-glass vase that I can't really describe. It is quite ornate and lovely.

Mine is red. My dh sent me flowers earlier this year, I think he ordered from FTD flowers and they came in a really pretty red vase.

I use a glass water jug most of the time, it is just clear glass with an embossed pattern, I've had it for years!

For simple bbqs I use ancient canning jars in all different sizes.
For the kitchen I usually use a chipped antique tall tea pot.
For formal occasions (dining room) I have a beautiful oval clear glass with large etched leaf design from Lloyds, it was a housewarming gift and fits the leaf designs in my dining room perfectly.
