Want to tour my upstairs?
Here you go:
This is at the very top of the stairs, I've been told it's called a mezzanine
This is where the kids tv is, the one that never gets turned on. This is also where their computer is. Until today, I thought it was broken because 4yo ds put quarters in the zip drive. I took them out and voila! It works!

The picture cuts off at the left before it gets to the wall with the built in barrister drawers and the curved wall.
Here is the pier mirror that it at the top of the stairs. It's behind me as I took the picture of the mezzanine above:

Here is the railing that goes around the opening to the front stairs leading to the front doors & foyer downstairs:

Here is the front hallway. Behind me is a door. You can see the curved wall at the end of the hallway that I cut off in the first picture.

Through that door is the backhallway, also showing is the doorway (on the left) of the boys' bathroom and the doorway (on the right on the far end of the hallway) to the girls' bathroom. Not shown is the door to the walk up attic, it's directly to the right and out of the frame. The railing is around the opening to the back stairs that lead down to the kitchen:

Here is my boys' bedroom, I can't get a very good picture of this room all in one picture. Their two dressers are out of the frame & to the right. There is also a third window off to the left & out of the frame:

Off to the right of the above picture is the doorway to the boys playroom:

Directly to the right and cut out of the picture is the door leading to the boys' bathroom (there is a door on the other side of the bathroom that leads out to the back hallway). Also in the room, to the right is the door to their closet, the room extends another 3ft to the right but I can't get it in the picture. To the left, out of the frame is another large window.
This is my 13yr old's room. The doorway to which is to the left of the pier mirror pictured above:

The wall directly to the left, and almost out of the frame, is curved. The fireplace is tiled, but she's got it covered w/ her posters
To the left of the curved wall is a door to her closet and on the opposite wall a door leading to the spare bedroom. These two rooms (her room & the spare bedroom) are actually the "master suite" but the rooms are too small for our furniture.
Here is another view of her room, from the doorway to the spare room:

Not bad for a teenage girl, huh
Here is the spare room. We only have a desk, a stand & this futon in here because it's so small. Note to self, go close that closet door LOL. Notice the sleeping kitty? I woke him up lol

This is the only picture of the girls bathroom I could get because it's awkward and kind of L-shaped. The boys bathroom is so small I couldn't even get ANY picture lol. This is from the spare room. There is another door leading from the other side of the bathroom out to the back hallway. There is normally a skirt around the sink, but I put it in the wash this morning:

The only room I did not get a picture of besides the boys' bathroom, was my youngest daughters room. Two reasons, it's too dark in there to get an adequate picture and she's my clutterbug. Her room is not NEARLY as decluttered as I would like it, but it will do for now....just not for pictures LOL!
Maybe tomorrow I'll get some pictures of the downstairs. Especially my counterless/cupboardless kitchen

Love your home Heather, it has so many neat features. They just don't build houses like this anymore. Thanks for sharing & I'm looking forward to seeing your kitchen.

Heather-you have a beautiful home. I wish my kids rooms were that clean. I stayed on Katie and Jackson 2 hours to clean their rooms. They kept getting side tracked and playing besides cleaning

Cant wait to see the kitchen! I love kitchens...for some reason

It wasn't too bad though, it only took us 2 hours to clean all that.
