my newest creation
I wanted a night light to match the bathroom. I know to some that seams silly but I am all about the detail.
So I took a dollar store night light and turned it into this one
and in less then 5 minutes turned it this into that with a scrap of fabric and a wooden star.

I like the things you ordered. Your right that sight is a little pricey , but as long as you like them its worth it.
The light wasn't 100% my idea , I saw something similar and decided to see what I could come up with using what I had on hand. After all , I am still on my no spend challenge.

Its cute but I wouldn't do that because the fabric is too close to a heat source.
I dread a home fire.

I normally would never ever buy expensive stuff like that..but.. I decided that I needed to make my home look more cozy and comfortable to more of my liking..now that my boys are older and I don't have to worry about them being AS destructive that I'm gonna spend some money on upgrading my living room to start with..next will be a Brand New sofa sleeper(never had a new sofa) & Ginger jar lamps..then the HD flat screen TV that my Dh wants..I only wish that I had your talent....I certainly wouldn't be spending so much if I knew how to do what you do..Wife to Keith
