    Cool Sheet Sets Sticker Shock!

~Say that 3 times fast! hehe! Anywho, have you all seen the prices for 100% cotton sheet sets lately?! I used to find them at a discount store for $30 a set, Queen, but the store closed. I took a chance today on Ebay and ordered 2 sets of Martha Stewart 360 TC and 400 TC and paid just $58 for both sets. The exact same sheets are selling on Macy's website for $100. Eeeps! When did the price of linens get so insane???~

They are high. About a year ago I went from a double bed back to a twin, and only had one set of sheets for it. I really wanted a back up set, and a couple of months ago I found a navy set - what I was looking for - at really bargain basement clearance at Bed Bath and Beyond, for around $14. I'm glad I stumbled across the display in a completely different part of the store. I had about decided looking at the regular prices that maybe sheets weren't all that important after all!

I usually first go to Big Lots and see what they have. Ditto for new pillows and mattress pads, etc.....Have found some good deals there, and not all 'irregulars'.

Try Kohl's they always have sales and you could either by them when they are giving out Kohl's cash (10.00 KC for every $50 spent) or when they have their 15, 20 and 30% extra off sales price sales.

I heart kohls!! I have never paid more then 5.00 for a pair of jeans!!
