Fall cleaning of cabin....
Along with a toss-as-I-go clutter purge.
So far, I have cleaned:
Upper kitchen cupboards (all but the pots-and-pans cupboards below)
All windows and screens in the place
Kitchen drawers
Cleaned ad organized pantry
Today I:
Cleaned the loft, swept, mopped wood floor, oiled window frames, oiled furniture, washed rugs.
Washed and hung out 2 loads of bedding from loft beds.
Cleaned oven and broiler.
I am ahead of schedule!!

I checked my pic stash and I only have pix of the cabin when it was being built. They all look like snow and logs, period. Not much to see. It is just a little cabin, about the size of a small bungalow home with a 'little house on the prairie' loft for extra folks to sleep. But I like to give it a good deep cleaning at least every other year.
Today----Onward and Upward! To the Bedrooms! Lots of clothes/junk to sort and have to scrub those wood floors in there. Won't change the bedding till just before we leave......
Hard to think about how the hunters (dh and bros) will just come up here in a couple of weeks and trash it all.
LOL! No, actually they wipe it down and sweep before they leave. They're pretty good.
