Default I've got the cleaning bug...

If you've been reading my posts the last couple of mondays, you know I've been cleaning out my closet. Today, I spent a few minutes finding things that just got put, as in just put, not put away. Pick up those end pieces of ribbons for my card making from where they'd been just put, and find some more ribbons and/or pieces if cardstock (fibers, odds and ends, etc) and put the lot into the spot that's their put away spot. Get those rubber stamps that had been just put, and put them away in their correct spots ... Not like you can tell yet, but it is a tinny bit better already ...

That's the way to do it! Keep it up, and before you know it, it'll take you by surprise 'cause you'll be all done!

One step at a time...just keep making a few steps daily and it will soon be done.

Can you give me a little bit of that cleaning bug? I cleaned my dad's place the other day, but it's starting to get a bit grungey around here.

LOL I read the header on this thread and I was gonna say, come on over here and clean my place!! LOL Anybody who wants to clean is more than welcomed! LOL

I'm terrible at putting the laundry away. It's clean, dried, folded, but it's there in the baskets. *sigh*

You too? Sounds like you made a good start. I tried to deep clean the bathroom all on my own today. Didn't make it. Had to ask DH to help after work tonight. I just can't do the heavy lifting and bending at weird angles thing...my back is being a nuisance again. However, it is now finished! The first time in two years it's had a deep clean. Yep, you read that right. Between broken foot and bad back, I just haven't been able to do it. DH has vacuumed occasionally, and I've been in to do the sink and toilet, but that's it. The tub sure needed some work...

Way to go Peanut and Natalie! I was bit today I think. I organized one of our file drawers in the office, put up some pictures that have been sitting in the spare room for almost a year, and did all the dishes! Whew...now I'm sitting here thinking about the other things that I could be getting done!

I really need to totally clean off that desk down in my bedroom (then dust it, and sanitize it...). I need to be able to do some computer work on my laptop in a relatively quiet place -- the whole place gets incredibly noisy when one of my brothers comes over with all the kids. The kids love to bug their Aunt.

I've been bitten also! I couldn't stand it anymore. It started out with the project a month challenge. I started cleaning out my closets, then I got on a roll! I cleaned out my medicine cabinet and really scrubbed the bathroom, including the light fixtures! I mentioned something to my mom and she wanted to know who she was talking to on the phone! LOL I'm usually not much of a cleaner. I'm hoping to get the rest of my house done this weekend!
