Default Yearly, seasonal, monthly and daily maintaince

I am trying to compile a list of yearly, seasonal, monthly and daily maintaince to help keep things running in our house, with minimal replacing, etc. So far I have the following:

Yealy- I don't really know what to put in this area

    Seasonal
-checking and maintaing lawn mower and snow blower, and other outside equipment
-going through closets and getting rid of things that aren't needed anymore (ie:clothes that are too small, pulling out winter clothes for summer items vice versa, cleaning out drawers and underbeds!!)
    -deeping cleaning the house
-checking the outside and inside of house for improvements and such

    Monthly
-changing furnace filters, checking stockpile, keeping track of usage of household items
    -rotating mattresses and rearranging furniture
-checking screws and other things that might come loose on items

    Daily
    -cleaning

So what are some things you do, anything that I might be forgetting?? I know my list is small, but I am looking for your help, let me know what else is needed!

    Thanks in advance!!
