Anyone Cleaning today?

Today, I am working on themaster bedroom. I'm starting with all the flat surfaces in my bedroom. I have already cleaned off my dresser. I have dh dresser and 2 night stands to go. Why, do I let things get so cluttered? I ask my self, over and over. I wanting to get our room all cleaned by the end of the week end, every inch, including closets.
I want to do this for myself and my husband. I want to make our room beautiful and relaxing. I think he deserves and clean and orderly bedroom (not to mention the rest of the house). I'm focusing on the bedroom first. I will keep you updated on how everything goes.

I know what you mean about clutter! Wow, I don't know where it all comes from. Just doing the normal around here, dishes, laundry, sweeping floors etc. Have a great time getting the master bedroom all pretty and relaxing!

yep. Dh took the kids to the mall so he could get a haircut. While they were gone I worked on the kitchen. I got a large batch of of dishes done, the tablecloth cleaned and removed and a new one put on, stove cleaned and some stuff put away. I need to do up some more dishes (I'm a little behind lol) and I want to get the floor done tonight.

still decluttering here, still have along way to go, just to get the basement gone thru.

Bought groceries this morning, then came home and did 2 loads of laundry, vacuumed lr, computer room and kitchen/dining. Think I vacuumed up enough cat fur to make a whole new cat! LOL

Then mopped kitchen/dining area and just gave bathroom a quick vacuum. Really need to clean my master bedroom too, but have to work this afternoon so by the time I get supper done I won't feel like it.

Sounds like everyone been pretty busy. I got all the flat surfaces cleaned and dusted. I still need to polish them, but don't have any pledge. I cleaned cob-webs, yuck! I wiped off my mirror. And vaccumed floor, and registers. I have papers to file. Dust bunnies behind the dressers and under the bed, to conquer. I need dh muscles,to help move the dressers so I can clean behind them. OMG! it looks so much better already.
I still need to:
clean closets
clean out drawers
clean under bed
wash bedding and curtins
wash window
clean light globe

i'm really busy today but i HAVE to sweep my room. no excuses. it needs to be done, tonight!

I'm doing my weekly one hour clean tonight. That includes
*Deep cleaning kitchen
*vacuuming all floors
*cleaning and dusting all surfaces
*Vacuuming furniture
*put everything in it's place

Tomorrow I will be washing sheets and doing laundry.
