    Question Are there certain days when you're more productive than others?

    Or times of the day when you get more done than others? For me, I seem to get a lot done on Wednesdays (not sure why). I get more done in the morning than at night. I suspect that's because I need to be up to get the kids off to school in the morning, and it's also when I have my 1 cup of , so that gives me a bit of a push too. I do as much as I can in the mornings because by the time 2:00 rolls around, I'm beat.

    I always seem to get the most done on Thursdays...again, like you, I have no idea why! I think maybe it's becuase I am thinking ahead to the weekend and want to start it with a clean house. Plus, it's garbage day, so I start the day productively by emptying all the garbage cans, so maybe that is what starts my motivation on Thursdays!

    Michelle, like you I seem to be done for the day by 2:00! My mornings are always the best time of day for me, and that is when I get it kicked in gear and get as much done as possible. I don't think I have a day of the week that is best, they all seem to be pretty much the same. I am just a morning person I guess, and knowing that I feel hammered by the afternoon I just seem to really do my best earlier in the day.
    I have to admit, my coffee comes first......that first cup of coffee is what starts my day......LOL

    I work best under pressure. Give me a deadline and I'm a busy bee ~ other times, not so much.

    For those that "poop out" by afternoon, have you considered taking a B-complex supplement? Also iron. I used to do this & either in the mornings or by 12N, I take a B-complex & in the afternoon I add hot water to a mug & a couple T of molasses & drink like a tea. Sounds gross, and it probably is, but it has helped me soooooo much!

    I take a B-complex supplement and iron. By 2:00 I've been running around for 8ish hours though, and it's just the time of day when I need to take a longer break. Lots of people hit the afternoon slump.

    Now, are you going to answer the original questions?

    Most days I don't poop out til 8-9p. I rise at 6:30, have daycare, homeschooling, errands if need be & housecleaning. Weekends I try to do as little as possible as far as cleaning & such.

    Usually Monday mornings. Sometimes Friday mornings. but mostly Monday. Not sure why.

    I'm so unmotivated on Monday mornings. That's when my house needs the most cleaning after everyone has been home all weekend. It's the time when I should be motivated, but I become overwhelmed easily, I guess.

    Because I don't have the same days off every week, I can't pick a certain day. I do get more done early in the morning. I know I definately get a lot more done when my fiancee is working days. He gone.
