Time, but more along the lines of sources for repair materials aren't open when I am able to get there. The BORGs want you to replace instead of repair for many things. The current example is that a dog related event shattered the glass panel of the outside door. I just want to find a replacement for the glass panel, but Home Depot wants me to replace the whole door.

Dishes, certainly. For such a simple task, it takes a lot of time, and has to be done entirely too often.

My greatest challenge is time. I work full time (and a considerable amount of overtime) and I don't want to come home to a second full time job. I also want time to spend doing things I enjoy.

Fortunately, we are neat people, so don't really have much in the way of messes. However.....
1. I hate to dust and vacuum. Don't know why, as I like the results afterwards.
2. Hubby has one bad habit: He lets receipts pile up on his dresser, rather than filing them right away.
3. I tend to forget to scrub the tub when I clean the bathroom. Why?????
4. I don't mind washing windows, but in this new house, it is very hard to get to some of them.
5. Outdoor regular maintainence is difficult for me.Spiritual:
"You are fearfully and wonderfully made." Please... respect life.
Financial:
Debt free, hoping to stay that way!
MY BLOG: glorybug.wordpress.com
1. Keep on writing.
2. Get some balance in my life.
3. Lose weight. Hopefully 5# this year. (9.5 pounds right now! Yay, Me!!)
4. Continue to be looking for how God wants to use me this year.

I would have to say mine would be pets and hubby.
I love my husband dearly but he thinks we need to keep everything. We have lived in our current house for almost four years and still have stuff in boxes in the basement and garage. My point is that we have lived all this time without it so we don't need it. He thinks well somewhere down the road we might.
Pets- Gotta love them. We have three dogs and one cat. Can you say pet hair!!. LOL. So we brush all the animals, outside, twice a week.(1 1/2 it takes) I sweep/vacuum once when I wake up, once when I get home for work (6pm) and again before I go to bed (11pm). Because if I don't then dog hair is all over.

I think my biggest challenge is just keeping up with the housework itself. Single mom, 2 adult kids living at home (one pregnant and ready to pop any day).
And yes, the kids help - a lot. It just seems that while we keep it liveable, it's never what I'd call "ready for company to come over" condition, which is the way I'd like it to be. But then that's me.
I'm thinking with the grandbaby coming into the home soon, it's only going to get worse!

mine is being a single mom, with an active 5 yr old and working full time being out of the house 11-12hrs Mon - Fri.
I try to pick up after ourselves daily but by the time the end of the week comes, well that book, those socks, that toys just gets left where they are.
There are only two of us so laundry isn't that big of a deal for me. I wash 2-3 loads Saturday morning hang to dry, fold as they come off the line and put away. I don't even attempt to do laundry during the week.
And I only cook on Sundays so dishes during the week are minimal.
I dust pretty much only when company is coming or I just can't stand it any longer and I sweep the floor just about every other day. The bathroom gets cleaned on a as needed basis.
I don't try to clean everything at once. I do a little bit at a time as its needed.Judy

If DH would pick up after himself, I could handle the rest. I mean, the man will make a sandwich leave crumbs, mayo blogs and the knife out. He comes home and dumbs everything on the kitchen counter. I don't have much counter space as it is. Then when I do clean I have to spend hours picking up just to clean. Needless to say it doesn't get done that often. It gets started, but never finished.
