    Default Storage Solutions for Bathrooms

I've always had a bathroom with a long counter and multiple drawers and cabinets underneath. This seemed to be the norm in the 70's era houses that we lived in. We are now looking at newer homes, or ones that have been renovated, and it seems that most have either pedestal sinks or small vanities.

How do people organize these bathrooms with such limited storage? Where do people with pedestal sinks keep their toothbrushes?

Maybe they put their tooth brushes in a medicine cabinet or have a holder mounted inside the linen closet?

We have NO bathroom storage, but there is a small glass shelf over the pedestal sink and under the mirror, where we put most of the stuff we use really frequently, like toothbrushes (we keep a cap on them). We actually store all of our bathroom "stuff" in a cabinet in the kitchen!!! It's weird but what can you do? We also store several bottles of shampoo in the shower storage rack even if we're only using one, just to have a place to put them. Heck we even put stuff on top of the toilet tank! We also have a crate under the pedestal sink where we keep certain things like cleaning supplies (but we don't have children or pets to worry about). Our bathroom is TINY by American standards and yet somehow we make it work - if we can, I'm sure you can too!!

a lot of people buy a flea market armoire or cabinet, paint it, plop it in there. think martha stewart.
    11% gross to retirement
10% takehome to tithe and offerings
emergency fund maintained at 3000(works for me)
    credit card debt 7500
    mortgage free
freedom accounts/sinking funds that ebb and flow
    then live on the rest!

i am trying something new. LDS church advises savings or debt repayment should be the same as the tithe. 10% each.
