The best type of laminate flooring?

DH and I are looking for new laminate flooring to finish the main level of the house. We'll be selling the house, hence the laminate.

The laminate we have right now is not the best. It has gouges and is cut completely wrong. Whoever installed it before we got to it did a really poor job with installation, so we want to make sure it's done right before we sell.

I started looking at types of laminate flooring, but I'm not sure what's good and what isn't. We'd like a light laminate because a lot of colors in the house are light and icy.

So is there a particular brand I should look for?

We used the DuPont with built-in foam underlay to avoid messing with that rolled underlay stuff. They have a nice mid-range Cherry Block and other colors lighter and darker.
