Default Best way to clean glass shower door

What's the best way to clean a glass shower door?

My parents have been gone for a couple weeks, but I'm having trouble falling into any sort of routine here. I've just been floating through the days, feeling a bit disconnected and letting the housework slide. My mother wipes it down after every use with an e-cloth, I haven't wiped it yet.

Do I wash it with the scrubber like the rest of the tub, or do I use glass cleaner or something?

I use a cleaner and a lightweight scrubbie so I don't scratch the glass. You might need to let the cleaner have a few mins to loosen up any soap scum that has accumulated.

Ditto ceashels. I use one of those woven plastic scrubbies. Oh, and if you have any Rain-X (the stuff that helps your windshield sheet rain off), spray and wipe it down with that afterwards to help keep it clean.

I used to use borax and a little water to make a paste and then used that on the door. It cut through the soap scum with out giving me a headache like the spray chemicals.

I use Magic Eraser first on the glass than I use a glass cleaner after using the magic eraser. I have never had a problem with the magic eraser scratching the glass.

Fantastic idea on the Rain-X! I use it on my car windows all the time, but it never occurred to me to use it on the shower doors. That's such a cool tip! Thanks!!
