for me its 21 years of stuff alot of things i kept between kid for the next child- stuff that came back from my oldest from college that doesnt fit in his room here -
7 peoples stuff takes up room - i also store off seaosn clothes down there .

cant get near the attic as i need ot get thru oldest dds room and thatitself looks like a goodwill exploded in it in th eback by the door to the attic storage area -

alot of my problem is time and energy ( i have fibro ) and having the manpower i need available to help me when i actually feel up to doing it !

The master bath. The tub area takes up a good 1/3 of the room and is just wasted space as the tub is very uncomfortable. We use the tub to store paper goods. If I had my 'druthers, I'd take that sucker out and put a walk-in storage area there.

    My basement!

It is my 'main' hobby area......and I call it 'organized' clutter. I can usually find what I want/need but it does look like a disaster area to an outsider. People that know me know that it is just my type of organization when I have a lack of shelving!!

My sewing/craft room - has become the dump room by DH.

Our dining room - has become the dump room on the main floor.

I need to declutter daily and use the systems I have created. My systems will work when/if I use them.

We have a bedroom that we dont use except to store stuff. Oh my gosh it is a mess. When I walk in it, it just tears my nerves up. I try to organize it and end up with an even bigger mess. I wish I could just throw it all away but Lee would kill me!! lol!! We keep the door to that room closed!!

My bathroom is the same way. I had the tub removed, (I have a separate shower). Now I have app. 5'x5' area that I use for drying clothes. I put a shower bar up and hang shirts, etc on hangers to dry on this bar. Also, is a good storage area for plastic totes.

My basement is the most disorganized. I am hanging onto too much stuff "just in case". I really need to declutter.
