    Default Cleaning Patio Furniture

How do you clean your patio furniture? Maybe this is just an issue in damp climates, but we get black spots (mildew) on our patio furniture. The glass and metal ones just wipe off with soapy water, but I've never been able to get the plastic chairs clean, or the ones with fabric cushions.

i have heard veingar helps but not so much for us
i find that patio furniture cleaner doesnt do much
to be honest i use scrubbing bubble put it on and let it sit in sun that gets alot off but sometimes its just permanant

when its really bad- then i buy some of that spray paint that goes on the plastic stuff and repaint

I like a bucket of 10% bleach solution, lots of sunshine, and a good scrubber. Wear your oldest clothes, that bleach can be a mess. I also second Mr. Clean Magic eraser.

I use 1 part bleach to 9 parts water.

    Hose off all when done.

"SuperClean tough task cleaner degreaser provides an industrial strength formula which quickly removes grease, oil, wax, tar, and dirt on contact leaving your surface as clean as new. Use indoors on appliances, as a pre soak on pots and pans, use on tubs and showers, as a laundry pre soak on synthetic carpet, vinyl, and tile floors. Outdoors use on barbeque grills, concrete, plastic, vinyl, and new canvas lawn furniture. In the garage use on auto parts, engines, tires, carpets, rubber floormats, chrome, and stainless steel. Check bottle for uses and recommended dilution for your application. Biodegradable. Phosphate free. Nonabrasive"
