Do you have a junk drawer?

You know the one... the drawer where you throw everything that you don't know where to put. Screws, bolts, washers, pens, pencils, lighters, magnifying glass.... who knows!?

Do you have a junk drawer? What sorts of things do you have in it?

Oh ya, it has nails, screws, thumb tacks. I need the drawer so I really should clean it out. Or maybe dump into a junk basket.

not anymore I only have 3 drawers in my kitchen & I use them for kitchen utensils & dish cloths & dish towels.

I have 3 in the kitchen that has papers,pens,candy,placemats..all sorts of things.
I have one in my room thats filled with old makeup(not sure why I'm saving it) hair bows,lotions,address book,pens,all sorts of goodies.
and every drawer in the bathroom, but one ,(it's dh's,has his electric razor and reg razor in it..very neat lol,) is a junk drawer,or rather just thrown in there LOL

I normally do, but I emptied it out to sort through and placed the items I am keeping into a tote.

Yea, I have a couple. I know we should clean them out, but what do you do with the stuff?? There just aren't any other places for that junk.

Gosh, I clean them out and combine the stuff and put it in a box and put it in the garage....problem is, we are now using the garage as a garage, *gasp* so I don't have anymore room.

I have one Junk drawer in the house, and several outside in the garage....outta sight, outta mind

No, but my dh is always trying to make one. He is always throwing operational manuals in with my cookbooks. All of the hardware type stuff gets thrown into his tool box on the back porch.
