So is mine. That is why I decided to go with an old rule of thumb of mine - if you can get three things done every day, the rest is gravy.

    I like that idea.
I added more to the list since last post:
removed wallpaper from tub/toilet area of bathroom.
cleaned out a box in my closet- ( only because I was looking for something).
The hubs can lay around and watch Youtube videos/and football all day long. If I sit for more than 30 mins- I hear the clock ticking in my head telling me I am wasting time and should be doing something.
I am going to follow your motto madhen
three things done in a day is good!

    Default Done!!

    • Replace buttons on shirt (lost one, had to buy replacements that don't match the remaining ones)
    • Laundry
    • Pick up clutter in livingroom
    And "also did's" include:
    • Put clean laundry away
    • Ironed several work items that needed it
    • Put away dishes
    • Changed out parrots' birdbaths
    • Worked a little on the necklace I am trying to design. Only got as far as determining length, but that is further than I was this morning!

I've been trying to do the exact same thing. Each day, I look at my overall list and see what is most feasible and can be done right then. If I get three completed I'm flying, but even less than that is something!

However, it is Saturday and I always put my To-Do List on hold on Saturdays. Plan: Do as little as humanly possible.

With the exception of a short nap and a few food breaks, I have not stopped cleaning since 8 am. I dusted the ceilings, walls, and ceiling fans, cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, including tearing apart my gigantic bookcase and reorganizing, and dusting behind everything. It's crazy how fast the dust accumulates! I just got back from the laundromat where I washed bedding, curtains, shower curtains, etc. Just need to make the bed, put away the clothes, sweep/vacuum again, and then I'm DONE!
