Good storm door brand?

I need to buy a new front storm door and I am reading the reviews online and they are awful. I found a door at Lowe's - that had bad reviews; found one at HD - that had bad reviews. The Pella door has this hideous brass trim I hate. I want a bronze/brown door with two windows and a screen that slide up and down. Nothing fancy, but quality. Some of these doors have wood or composite fill inside the aluminum and it gets wet and starts to expand and rot, ruining the door. Anyone buy a storm door they like? What brand and where did you get it from? Thanks!

I don't have the exact door that you're looking for. I have a heavy duty security door. It has swap out screens / glass. I love it and am so glad I got it. I eventually found it at Lowe's.

It's not cheap and certainly not something that I would put into a rental (unless I wanted to keep others OUT - hehe!). However, don't give up hope - ask at your local hardware store and maybe they can steer you in the right direction! It took me at least three times to find the door I wanted and I was only concerned about the guarantee.

Lawson use to be a good stormdoor..I don't know if they still make them or not...They use to have the style that your looking for..

We just bought 2 Emco storm/screen doors for our house from Home Depot. Says its made in the USA. I am unable to paste the link b/c 'its better then typed spam!' So go to their site and search 'Emco' - a slew of doors will come up.
