    Default Excited...!!!

    Everyone knows I am moving into a new apartment soon(I've talked about it so much!). Well, I don't think I mentioned that one of the reasons I took it was the way the previous tenant had decorated....exactly my style...IKEA !!!!! She had the entertainment unit I have been wanting for 5 YEARS, a beautiful couch and wardrobe and dining room set, etc. I fell in love with it and since I saw how beautiful the furnishing looked, I knew that I wanted to finally buy some of the stuff I have been wanting.
    WELL, last night my new landlady to be called with my move in date and then said...the previous tenant is moving in with her mother in a condo and she was wondering if you were interested in buying some of her furniture!!!!! I am going to look at it again today and negotiate some prices!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE MY LUCK???? I am so happy and excited! I just hope she doesn't ask for too much that I have to say no. Oh that reminds me I better go look up how much the entertainment center is so I know if she is trying to ask too much! I will post later on my results! Things seem to be looking up for me finally! Yeah!

    I went!! She does want to leave the entertainment unit...it is worth at LEASt $500-600, so I offered $300...I hope she takes it! She also had a microwave hutch, offered 40$. She had a cream colored sofa and chair to match (not my style though, kind of victorian, which I like, but not with what I already have) and she wanted 625$ for it. I said that I would pass on that (can get a sofa for 299$ at IKEA brand new anyway). So I just have to wait to see if she accepts my offers. BTW, my move in date is January 30th.

    Well, while I was at work, my landlady to be left a message on my voicemail that the girl accepted my offer!!! Whooohooo! So I will soon be the proud owner of my dream entertainment center. I can't WAIT! I will take pictures when I get settled in and I will share my bargoons!
