"Busting Clutter"
These are some more tips that I came across from Maria Gracia regarding busting clutter in your home. I'm working on it, I really am!
-Do you save every box that comes into your possession because you might need to pack a gift someday? Saving three is fine, but don't save thirty-three! Of course, you may choose to elimate them completely. When you purchase a new gift, the store clerk will, most likely, provide you with a new gift box. (I am TOTALLY guilty of this!)
-Did you or a family member do something as a hobby one time, that hasn't been touched in years? Don't let the materials clutter your home. Purge or donate half-crocheted blankets, semi-built model airplanes and partially carved wood.
-Do you have so much in your purse that you can barely locate your wallet when you need to pay for something? In reality, you probably only need your wallet, a checkbook, a change purse, your keys and some personals. Buy a smaller purse. You won't have the opportunity to fill it with junk! (Guilty!)
-Only keep things you can identify. Don't laugh! There are a million junk drawers out there with alien items. No one knows where they came from or what they do. If you can't identify the purpose of the item you have, it's junk. Toss it.My Blog: http://amysreallife.wordpress.com

Re: "Busting Clutter"
Yep ~ that's me.....a total of 5 times I moved this little red gadget because I knew that I'd figure out what it was someday and use it to it's fullest capacity, right?! HA! Finally - as we were unpacking from the 5th move - my friend says, "are you ever gonna use this strawberry capper, my mom's been searching everywhere for one?"Originally posted by AmyBoz

Needless to say - her mom now has one & I have one less thing I need to move - not that it took up space, but it was just annoying!!
Thanks Amy!!
