Cleaning Wipes or Spray and Paper Towel?
What do you use to clean up certain areas of your house, ie: kitchen, bathroom, etc.?
Do you use wipes, like Clorox wipes, Orange Glo wipes, Windex wipes, etc., or do you use a spray cleaner (whether bought or homemade) and paper towels? My Blog: http://amysreallife.wordpress.com

I decided to try the wipes this time. I usually use a spray and rag or paper towel.
I like the ease of the wipes but the ones I have (lysol scrubber ones) seem to dry out too fast.
I love the scrubber stuff though, I do a lot of baking and it isn't always easy to stop that minute and wipe up brown sugar or sticky stuff when it drips. After just a few minutes that stuff sets hard as cement, the scrubber wipes have no trouble getting it off like arag or papter towel does.

I use both. Depends on what I have when I go to clean. I do like the CLorox wipes though. I try to keep some in the bathrooms for a quick clean-up.

I love the Clorox wipes for cleaning the bathroom. I keep some in the guest bath for quick clean-ups if someone stops by.
I use the Palmolive dish wipes sometimes, too. I hate having a stinky dish cloth draped in my sink all day.
Otherwise, for furniture polish and such, I use spray.

I use Lysol wipes in the bathroom. I got 20+ conainers free (well, .07 tax each). I usually use spray cleaner with an old wash rag on the stove top, microwave, and sometimes on the counter. I got a bunch of those free too, and another bunch for .25!
*One of our grocery stores has a coupon in their ad every 3-4 months or so for selected Lysol cleaners $2/2. Those $2/2 coupons sure came in handy a while back. Even a .75/1 coupon makes it a great deal.

If I can get the wipes cheaper with coupons, I use them, but if not, just use paper towels and spray.

I usually use my lysol kitchen spray but I do like to try and keep some clorox wipes around if I can get a good deal on them.

I make my own cleaning wipes using rubbermaid #9 tubs (I think that's the number), bounty paper towels cut in half, and whatever cleaner I need. I usually have one going on each floor with simple green, and with window/glass cleaner. With a glass top kitchen table the glass cleaner one is very handy.
