    Default De-Cluttering as Exercise?

Hey, after this baby is born, I'm all for it! I realize we discussed that it's easier to clean in smaller time intervals, so just take the 150 calories and divide it by however long you plan on cleaning. A few calories is better than nothing, just as a little de-cluttering is better than none!

"Uncluttering can help you lighten up in more ways than one. As you move around your home cleaning up clutter, make it aerobic. Push yourself to move as quickly as you can - fast enough that you can hear yourself breathing. A half-hour of making beds, climbing stairs, putting away laundry, and other fast-paced uncluttering activities can burn up to 150 calories, depending on your weight. So go ahead and lighten up!"
