Have you kept your clean areas clean???
So all you flingers, you know all those places we have cleaned? Just how neat and tidy have they stayed?

So far for me, my countertops in the sewing room have a few things on them but not too bad, my linen closet is still looking good, my desk needs to be picked up again before it gets out of control, my closets and drawers are still nice and neat and the kitchen cabinets I have done, looking good!
So, how are you all doing, everything staying in it's place or is clutter finding it's way back into your life?~~ Dee ~~

All my spring fling stuff looks great except for the desk. But the rest of the house is another story!

Good question, Dee

So far all that I've worked on have stayed clean--but like you, I need to tidy my desk a bit. It's the "hot spot" in this room.

I've been putting a few tips on maintaining newly organized spaces over in a thread in Homestead Gardens [ame="http://www.homesteadgarden.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1534"]Cut your work in half or even more! - Homestead Garden Forums[/ame] which I started this morning when I was thinking about saving time and energy in housework.
The gist is using white space or margins and the concept of Hot and Cold items, and handle only once.

Everything has stayed clean so far EXCEPT my sewing desk. Right now I'm working on a quilt, so its not as clean as it was.
Nothing has been put on the top of my dressers since I cleaned them and that is quite a surprise. Usually they are both totally cluttered.52 week money challenge - $41.00

Well, my windows are still clean, my closets (most of them) are still straight. But someone keeps leaving out the laudry stuff! Wonder who?

I'm doing pretty good with what I've done so far. I especially admire my cookbooks to the left of the computer, they look so neat although I'm sure they could use a dusting.
I do have to take a couple items off my dresser top.
Good question.

Everything has stayed clean except my computer cabinet, but I cleaned that off this morning.

Actually, it's not that bad. The desk was expected to get messy. I cleaned it yesterday, still have a bunch of coupons to put away. I have a bad habit of just tossing things into the pantry, so that needs straightened. Ds and I went over the stockpile shelves in the basement yesterday and they are looking good! I've managed to keep my decluttered areas decluttered. I've GOT to do something with this HUGE pile of craft and sewing stuff SOON!
