my house is so clean...
that it's scaring me. lol I've been busily cleaning. The only thing that is messy is the garage.
They offered to help us clean that, so I graciously left it in it's state of disarray.
My laundryroom clothesline snapped. There used to be three and now there's none.
Let that be an indication of how often I hung Gabe's work clothes there. lol Our closet clothes rod is not very strong and it couldn't support all of our clothes, so I had been using the laundryroom line and now I need to fix something or poor Gabe. lol
I'm typically pretty neat, but now I'm even scaring myself. It feels great having things in order.
Now I'm off to figure out something smashing for dinner.
Then I am going to just sit and focus on a positive and upbeat attitude.
Alexandra is napping and will be bright and refreshed and Zachary is having fun playing a racing game on PS2. I'm having an afternoon coffee. It's the calm before the storm. roflIf you'd like to help support Frugal Living by Sara Noel, my syndicated column, e-mail, write, or call the managing editor at your local newspaper and ask them to publish it in print or online. If you need to , you can make an emergency visit to Colorado, LOL.
I will go along with any story you need to tell them.
Great job on the house. I have been working so much and so hard on the outside of the house in the gardens as so fourth that I have let the inside go a little bit. I need to get my butt in gear and get stuff picked up.
Have a great coffee break, and enjoy the inlaws(
)...and remember my offer, LOL.

Sara,
You are a superwoman for sure. I can just see your house shining all the way from here. Relax and have a second cup of coffee for me - you deserve it. Hope the visit goes well.

I think the mental thing is half the battle - and we all know you're pretty mental!

Seriously though - in the immortal words of Fred Flintstone, " I love my mother-in-law, my mother-in-law is a doll..." just allow that to be your mantra for the next several long, grueling days!

Sara,
Leave the porch light on for them and go to bed. You can see them in the morning!!!
Seriously, we are going to be arriving late tonight in Montana at my parents' place, so I told my aunt to just got to bed and we'd see her in the morning. I know which room hubby and I are using and she'll leave a note for me as to which one the boys will be in (depending on which one her daughter and grandson pick to stay in since they are flying in today).

And hugs and prayers that it all goes smoothly.
