    Default Closet Coup!

So, I was able to get a promise out of dh yesterday that he would FINALLY go through all of his clothes (closet and armoire) and that he would reduce the amount of stuff he had by 50%. (He has stuff from when he was in college 10 years ago that hasn't seen the light of day since then.)

Well, am I proud of my man!!! He reduce that pile by 80%, no exaggeration! I'm spending a good portion of my day bagging up stuff for the salvation army and taking pics to possibly sell here of the good stuff. (Our consignment shop only takes women's items.) It is still hard to believe that he got rid of it all. He's such a keeper of things. He did tell me that he's going to work on not holding on to things like that because he knows that the clutter stresses me out and he realizes that there is no use for something that hasn't been used in years.

WTG Robert! Wether he knows it or not, having that stuff gone is going to make him feel better too.
