Help me clean my oven

I'm embarrassed to admit it's been quite some time since I cleaned my oven. Can you recommend a good commerical oven cleaner? One that's tried and true. I don't have a self cleaning oven so anything that will help me without making me keel over from fumes or from scrubbing all day.

Easy Off, I've tried others, but keep going back to Easy off.

Hold your breath when spraying, and spread the newspapers FIRST, the little spritzes that land on the floor will damage most flooring.

Do it at bedtime, let it go all night and if it's been a while this could take 2 applications.

I've got some stuff on how to keep going longer in between in one of my threads over in the homestead gardens on cleaning.

I've gone to a self clean now when the old oven finally packed it in last year.
