2 Closets into 1

I've deprived myself of the computer a bit and have actually gotten something great accomplished. For as long as I can remember, no matter where I've lived, I have always kept only the current seasons clothes in my closet and the others in a different closet (usually in the basement). Well it's time to start thinking about switching them for fall/winter and I just decided that I'm tired of doing all that dragging clothes from closet to closet. So after much trying on and really thinking, I have all my clothes in 1 closet. I am lucky enough to have a walk in closet but still it's real full now. The truck of my car is packed FULL of clothes to take to Goodwill. I had to really push myself to let go of some of the stuff. Even though I haven't worn it in forever, I was still dragging it from closet to closet - just in case I lost that much weight or it came back in style. I needed to declutter my clothes so badly. I had some really tacky looking shirts and huge baggy dresses that looked terrible on me but I had been holding on to them just in case I ever became desperate.

I now have a whole closet in the basement that I can arrange sewing and craft stuff in neatly. That will be the next project after I recover from this one.
