    Default what to do first?

    Hey there......

I have my day off today, my two munchkins are off to school, and I
feel so unmotivated to tackle my sink full of dishes, dirty bathroom, laundry, organize my bedroom, budget......you get the picture!
I found this website through surfing (not something I usually do), now I'm thinking I neeeed to start cleaning----aaaarrrrgggghhhh!! How do yous get motivated? I'd like to just to just veg! Maybe I should just tackle one job at a time, then come back here and read some more in between tasks.......hhhhhmmmm, that could work.....kind of a reward thing............I like rewards!

    Hey - whatever works!!

I've run the gamut on rewards!!
Some days I tell myself that I have to all my chores first, then I can play here....
Some days I tackle one job at a time with a 15 minute FV break in between....
Some days I just say "house?? what house??" and play here all day!!

Whatever you choose to do - do it to the best of your ability!!

you are such a friendly bunch--thank you for your encouraging words!
I did tackle the dishes and the bathroom (2 of thee most important rooms in the home!.........). I had fun doing it--imagining how I would feel afterwards, and knowing that I could let y'all know I did it!
Well, it's getting late and I have an early morning appt. I hope that you all are snuggled up in your beds, happily dreaming........zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz..............

Hey Momma, when I feel that way I reward myself with a lit candle in each room, especially this time of year, it just makes everythng feel so homey when it is lit and clean. Then, I pay here when I am not working. Glad you found us.

It is hard to get moving and be productive sometimes. And, it's so tempting to hang out at the village instead!! We're all guilty ot it! Welcome to the village.
