    Do you use it? Find it necessary? Or is it just another thing made up by big business to get us to spend our hard earned money?

    I think it's another one of those faux products. I used the one I got with my new dishwasher and have never bought it since.

    I don't use it & my glasses are sometimes spotty, something our family doesn't worry about. I suppose some vinegar in there now & then wouldn't hurt.

    I don't use it unless I notice a problem then I use vinegar instead.

    I don't use it either.....vinegar would work just as well!

    I use it if I get super deals with coupons or free samples.... otherwise, I use plain white vinegar. I can't really see any difference between them.
