Today's Goal

Okay, Rob took today off, so he's gonna be with the kiddos while I attack one goal. I want to toss two grocery bags worth of clutter/garbage today. I think I'm holding on to a lot of "crap" that I don't even realize I'm holding onto around here. So, I'm gonna pull those two grocery bags around this house with me until they are full. I really want to be living more simply and not be bogged down with stuff. I'm also planning, tomorrow, to fill a small box for the consignment shop. In unpacking, I've located some more vases, etc. that I haven't used since we moved and quite frankly, don't even remember having in the old house. I think they can go!

GO AMY GO!!! I can honestly tell you that since I decluttered my office - something I put off for nearly a year! - i have felt great about doing it. There was so much junk here that was making me feel guilty about not dealing with it. throwing that stuff out not only gave me a beautiful space I use every day, but it also gave me a new space in my head that I use for creating projects that benefit me and my family.

Thanks for asking! I've got one full and another on it's way. I'll finish the second after the kids go to bed tonight. It feels SOOOOOOOOO good to carry that bag out to the trash can and to see more space in my home.
