Help-- my towels are making ME fuzzy!
I have some new fluffy black towels that I splurged on when we moved-- department store sale towels, not the cheap ones I usually get at Target.
Anyways, these towels have been washed twice and dried and yet they still continue to leave a coating of black fuzz on anyone and anything that touches them-- humans, floors, even inside the bathtub. It's the same with the bathtowels, handtowels, and washcloths. We haven't even been using them because I don't know how to stop this-- and being coated in black fuzz after bathing isn't much fun. I thought these would be a nice treat for us, but now I wish I'd just stuck to the cheap towels we normally use!
Does anyone know how to fix this?

I don't have any solutions either. Had some maroon towels that did that. I just bought some towels at Sears and haven't had any trouble with them.

Are you line drying or machine drying? Machine drying should take the lint. Other than that I am not sure.
