Attacked the House

Sunday was cold and church was cancelled due to our little snow/ice storm so I decided it was a good time to clean out the linen closet. It's a big one and it tends to accumulate stuff that no one knows where else to put. I took everything out and redid it. I moved all the sheets and blankets that we rarely use as well as some bedspreads that rarely get used. I put them upstairs in the guest bedrooms in the dresser drawers. I figured that was wasted space and I could use it. It looks so much better now.

After that I went after the catalogs and magazines. I attacked them really well and kept only a few that had good crafts or ideas for kids and a few plant catalogs that had good pictures to use for reference.

After that it was downstairs to the sewing room. All my stuff is now put in its right place. No material is just laying around. I put everything back where it was supposed to be (rather than just leave it laying on the spare bed in that room). I cleaned the floor and took out the trash. I can actually see the sewing machine now.

It was hard work but well worth it. I love it when I have clean spaces.
