Help ! Musty Smell
I like alot of you ladies use cold water to do my laundry, however lately with I open up the lid of the washer to start a load of laundry it smells musty any ideas on what I might do to get rid of the smell. TIA Linda

I'd run some baking soda in with your next load. I put about a half a cup in.

I was gonna suggest vinegar too, it does wonders with yucky smells.
I wonder too would some charcoal like in an open paper bag help. I once did that with an old fridge that someone gave me and it helped. Just dont use matchlight!

yep, i think vinegar would work. I'd put in about 3 cups full and do a complete cycle with just the water and vinegar.
